VRM Laundry Services welcomes you to its website. By using www.vrmlaudryservices.co.za (“the website”) including order laundry services and/or any other services (“the services”) you agree to these terms of use (“the terms”) in full. If you disagree with these terms of use or any part of these terms of use, you must not use our website.

VRM Laundry Services is used at your own risk.

  1. Registration and Ordering
    By registering and ordering in the website you undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of the services will be correct. You may need to register to order the services and use its features. By order the services you undertake that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the services at the prices stated at the website. VRM Laundry Services shall not be obligated to provide you with the services until we have approved your order. VRM Laundry Services reserves the right to decline any order for any reason.
  2. Payment on Dropoff
    VRM Laundry Services will not release any laundry unless payment is made in full before delivery. Should you need to pay via EFT, a proof of payment will be required. The driver is not allowed to release the laundry unless a valid payment is made.
  3. Minimum Order
    The minimum order requirement on all orders in 5kg.
  4. Cancellation
    You are able to cancel an order free of any charge before your order has been collected. By cancelling the order VRM Laundry Services will not provide you with the services linked to that order. If, for any reason, you have to cancel the order once it has been approved, VRM Laundry Services reserves the right to charge for any additional costs (e.g. petrol and storage) if applicable.
  5. Pick Up & Drop Off
    The services will be provided at the location and time you specified on whatsapp via our business account. You should be responsible for providing real and accurate pick up and drop off location and time. If, for any reason, we cannot reach you at the agreed pick up and/or drop off time and location, VRM Laundry Services will provide you with the instructions to re-arrange the pick up and/or drop off. In these situations, VRM Laundry Services reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred (e.g. petrol and storage) if applicable or to cancel the services.
  6. Turnaround Time
    VRM Laundry Services is able to deliver back within 36 hours most of the orders. However, in the case that some items require any extra care (e.g. items that cannot be tumble dried and items that need special stain treatments), VRM Laundry Services reserves its right to delay delivery up to a reasonable time. If, for this reason, we cannot deliver at the agreed drop off time, VRM Laundry Services will contact you to re-arrange the drop-off time.
  7. Stain Treatments
    Some stains require special stain removal treatments. If you do not specify the need of a special stain removal treatment, VRM Laundry Services cannot guarantee the stain will be removed completely. Special Stain removal comes at a fee of R17 due to the extra chemicals and work needed.
  8. Damaged Items
    VRM Laundry Services exercises the utmost care in cleaning and taking care of garments entrusted to us and use such processes, which are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or the development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. VRM Laundry Services cannot guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. VRM Laundry Services will not be held responsible for any damage.
  9. Lost Items
    Any lost items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. VRM Laundry Services makes its best reasonable effort to track every item that we process and will review all lost items, nonetheless, we will not be held responsible.
  10. Loose Items
    Although, VRM Laundry Services tries as hard as possible to track such items, we are not responsible for loose items such as jewellery, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cufflinks, etc. We request that customers empty their pockets before leaving items with us as we cannot be held responsible for damaging your garments from items left in pockets (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, etc). Any personal property placed with VRM Laundry Services that appears to have value will be removed and stored for 30 days. If items are unclaimed after 30 days, all property will be donated to charity.
